5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver roofing sheets and accessories across Kenya through trusted logistics partners or direct company transport.
Standard delivery is within 2–5 business days for major towns, while upcountry or bulk deliveries may take 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, stock levels, or transport conditions.
Delivery fees depend on distance, product weight, and order value. You will be informed of applicable charges before payment confirmation.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and confirm that products match the order before signing the delivery note. Once signed, Star Mabati Factory is not liable for damages or shortages reported later.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We may replace defective or incorrectly supplied items after verification.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is approved.
Customized orders, cut-to-size mabati, and special finishes are non-returnable unless defective on delivery.
